A former St. Louis Cardinals Minor League player, Vic Vargas brings 10-15 years of experience to his role as Youth Manager, drawing from a playing career that spanned Mar Vista High School, Southwestern College, and the University of Wyoming. Vargas holds the distinction of being the only Youth Baseball Manager in San Diego to win a Gold Medal at USA Futures. He specializes in fielding and hitting development, bringing a professional-level standard to his youth program.

A former player on the original SHOW team, J-Mo went on to compete at the NCAA D2 level before building over 15 years of coaching experience across youth, middle school, and high school levels. He previously served as an Infield Coach and Assistant Recruiting Coordinator at Point Loma Nazarene University for over three years.
