We offer baseball development and training for athletes ages 8U-12U, 13U-14U, 15U-18U. Players are grouped by skill level and age to ensure appropriate development and competition.

Players are expected to attend all scheduled practices, games, and tournaments. Our academy emphasizes discipline, consistency, and accountability both on and off the field.

Registration includes professional instruction, practice facility access, strength & conditioning, team gear (hats, practice shirts, decals). Once registered, access to SHOW Team Store will be provided to purchase uniform package. Monthly Club Fees, Tournament fees and Travel costs are not included.

Our coaching staff includes current or former high school coaches, collegiate and professional players, and certified instructors who are passionate about development and mentorship.

We prioritize player development with a holistic approach—technical skills, baseball IQ, mental toughness, and leadership. Our training programs are data-driven and personalized.

While we welcome beginners in our development programs, players joining our travel teams typically need prior experience and a foundational skill set.

Practices are held at various High Schools, Rec Fields and Youth LL Fields. Locations are in Central San Diego. Specific schedules are shared at the beginning and throughout the season

Yes! We actively support college-bound athletes through exposure events, recruiting guidance, video production, and communication with college coaches.
